Spoke Too Soon

If it looks like a duck, and walks like a duck, then it is a duck🦆.....well maybe not.🙃 

In the past, I've made assumptions about people and circumstances in front of me...leaning to my own understanding and experiences...

But I was wrong...

Like pulling a cake out of the oven too soon...Our premature words and labels placed on people and circumstances without God's input, can lead us to speak death over things that are still in progress...or speaking life over something God has said is finished.

Spoke Too Soon

It's tempting to react and speak about the people and circumstances we see in front of us...but it's incomplete.

Our thinking and words can either water and bring life, or promote death...but only God can show us the Truth.

So this week, take 10 minutes of quiet time each morning to reflect on what's in front of you...and ask God to show you His Truth about it. 💜😊🙏🏼
